Briefing protocol

  1. Submit the request. Use an official government or institutional address so the request can be verified.

  2. Verification & scheduling. Our office confirms counterpart status and proposes secure briefing times within five working days.

  3. The briefing. A 60-minute session — your mandate, our operating model, the pathway and financing structure — under Chatham-House-style confidentiality.

  4. Written follow-up. A confidential country note with scoped next steps, held solely between your office and ours.
